MLC Connect is the premier gathering of creative and innovative minds from the sports industry. The objective is to “connect” professionals across creative and tech-driven industries through transformative annual gatherings.
We redefine what’s possible in sports through creativity and technology. Attendees collaborate to learn, teach, and share new methods, strategies, software, and philosophies that inspire, challenge, and empower them to push the industry forward. Our community spans creatives, technologists, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders—each dedicated to pushing the boundaries of creativity to the next level.

The Creative Track is for creatives who work full-time for a professional sports team, collegiate sports team, or other affiliated sports brands.

The Innovation Track is for those leading technological advancements and data-driven strategies within sports organizations, apparel companies, universities, and professionals from venture capital, tech, or startups focused on sports innovation.
